RECIPE: Easy-peasy-tomato-squeesy

Here comes one incredibly easy-to-make and delicious-to-eat bruschetta recipe. OK, Italianos, you shouldn't maybe see this post below, because, yes-yes, it's definitely not a traditional Italian bruschetta, but it's bruschetta a'la gochebi that comes from Estogeorgia :-) We do like the taste!

You will need:

  • 3-4 plum tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of green pesto
  • dried basil
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small ciabatta bread
Chop the tomatoes into cubes, add pesto, salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Leave the mix into the fridge to marinate. Cut bread into two and roast in oven at 200 degrees for 2 minutes. Spoon the tomato mix onto bread and cover with mozzarella slices. Sprinkle some basil on top and bake more for about 10 minutes. Voilá!

Sul läheb vaja:

  • 3-4 ploomtomatit
  • 1 supilusikatäis rohelist pestot
  • kuivatatud basiilikut
  • soola, pipart
  • 4 viilu mozzarella juustu
